Teaching, Traveling, and Loving Life as Lala
After High School, I went to UC Irvine with many other students from Bullard including Stefanie M., Carrie Plavan, Tia Simmons, and Carley Flam. Upon graduating College, I went into sales and marketing until I got married and had my first of two beautiful daughters, Graceson and Olivia. After the death of my first husband in 2008, I went back to school to get my teaching credential. I raised my daughters and got remarried in 2017 to Symon Guerra. I have been teaching 5th grade in Fresno Unified for 15 years now and for the most part love it. My oldest daughter got married two years ago and made me a grandma (Lala). My perfect grandson is named Noah. I am blessed to have many of my old classmates still in my life--shout out to Lisa Zanotti Ardis and Stefanie Mazzei McGuniness. Currently, I live in a multi-generational home with my husband, mom (Cheryl) and daughter, Olivia. I look forward to catching up with many of you!!!
